Pimpinella major Rosea 

Also known as Burnet saxifrage this unusual early flowering perennial with flat heads of tiny pink flowers on stiff wiry stems attractive to bees and butterflies from spring to mid-summer. It makes a great cutting flower. It prefers a sunny free draining position. It grows quite tall to 1.2m but shorter in drier locations and spreads to 60cm.
