This hardy deciduous shrub flowers on the previous years growth producing numerous deep red flowers from June to September. These contrast well with the chartreuse coloured leaves. Prune into shape after flowering. Grow in full sun in average soil. Grows to a height and spread of 2.4 m if left unchecked.
