A late flowering border perennial with semi double crimson magenta flowers surround a raised golden centre on branching stems it has narrow lance shaped dark green leaves. In flower from August to October, eventually grows to a height of 1m and spread of 50cm. Grow in moist fertile soil in full sun or part shade, in autumn mulch after cutting back. attractive to bees and makes a great cut flower.
