This compact yet vigorous clumping form of Dicentra has deep wine red heart shaped flowers on slender arching stems from May through August It received the RHS Award of Garden Merit in 2002. A perfect companion for hostas, pulmonaria and epimedium but can also be grown in full sun in moist soil. Great for cutting, hardy, loved by butterflies yet resistant to rabbits and deer. Grows to a height of 30cm and spread of 45cm
