Pure white form of our native foxglove good at highlighting a dark corner or against a dark hedge. A biennial or short- lived perennial, though will self- seed. Seedlings can easily be transplanted when small. Can sometimes be encouraged to flower a second year if cut back immediately after flowering. Good cut flower if stood in warm water for a few hours before arranging. Also attractive to bees and other pollinators so great for the wildlife garden. Grows to a meter high so may need staking in exposed sites. Best grown in partial shade in moist soil.
