Is a deciduous perennial which in spring emerges with reddish tinged leaves which slowly expand to form large saucer shaped leaves. Creamy yellow bell shaped flowers appear in summer on 90cm stems they hang over the foliage pendulous or face outwards like shuttlecocks. Makes good ground cover for a wildlife or woodland garden. Grow in full or part shade in any fertile, moist but well drained slightly acidic or neutral soil. Grows to a height and spread of 75cm.
