This upright woodland anemone native to Canada so tough has pale greenish white flowers from June through July, followed by cylindrical thimble like seed heads which later produce fluffy cotton like tufts of seed. Deciduous the mid green, shiny leaves appear in spring. Can be grown in most soils in sun or part shade Grows to a height and spread of 60cm. Hardy to -20c
