Anaphalis margaritacea

Also known as pearly everlasting is valued for its mounds of silvery grey foliage compact nature and clusters of small white flowers with yellow centres that appear in late summer. Grow at the front or centre of sunny borders in moist well-drained soil where it can reach a height and spread of 50cm.  It looks fantastic in a gravel or prairie garden. Very hardy to -20c this perennial is great as a cut or dried flower and is beneficial to bees and other pollinators.
