Eryngium x zabelli 'Jos Eijking'

A striking electric blue sea holly with long lasting flowers carried on blue stems the thistle like flower is made up of lots of little flowers, surrounded by a ruff of spiny blue bracts.  Flowers from May through September and is loved by bees, butterflies and moths. Perfect for herbaceous borders, gravel gardens and makes a great cut and dried flower. Grow in well-drained soil in full sun and protect from winter wet. Grows to a height of 70cm and spread of 50cm. Hardy
