This semi evergreen variety has rounded aromatic leaves with deep pink flowers with reddish brown sepals. It flowers in early summer and is a useful plant for dry shade as it will grow in any moderately fertile soil as long as it does not get waterlogged. Grows to a height of 50cm and spread of 1m.
