Geranium phaeum Samobor 

In late spring they have dark brown purple almost black flowers with cream centres on tall branching stems over grey green leaves with dark brown splotches. They are best planted in either full sun or part shade in any moist but well drained fertile soil that doesn’t get waterlogged. They are deciduous and grow to a height of 80cm and spread of 45cm
